We had a group of 35 people who wanted to come and celebrate a child's 11th Birthday. We arrived at 10:00pm (closing time 12:00am) and were told that we could not stay and celebrate the birthday since we had a ice cream cake from another fast food area restaurant. We were planning on buying McDonalds food but we're forced to celebrate outside in the parking lot. The manager was very rude and even came out to the parking lot to complain that there was too many people in the parking lot. We were having a wonderful party and not making any noise or commotion. I and 34 other people will NEVER eat here EVER again. I will baby the person at the adjacent store was very accommodating and offered to have the celebration in their store portion
What are you guys doing back there dancing?? Don't get me wrong we had a big order but I've one time ordered just 2 egg mcmuffins and waited almost just as long.. you guys either need to hire more people or put them through training again.
2nd time I've gotten diet coke when I ordered just coke. Normally I could care less but it's annoing and inconvient
You guys take FOREVER. We order at 2:44 and we were still sitting in the reserved parking spot until 3:02 ALONG with the person that ordered behind us. They got their food at the same time we did.
Worst service ever!!!! Wrong orders all the time...cold fries all the time or under cooked.. coke tastes wrong
The manager and district manager were contacted to no avail, not even a simple "I'm sorry", which could have rectified the whole situation. Again, it's very unfortunate...
It's very unfortunate that I have to write this review, because there are many outstanding people at this restaurant, and in the owner's organization.
For that reason I have overlooked long drive thru waits and incorrect orders in the past, however there comes a point in time when something has to be said. That point is when an employee takes your order incorrectly and then proceeds to tell you that's not what you ordered when you try to correct her. We have been going to this particular McDonald's for many years, and we order the same thing every morning (the regulars actually know our order by heart.)
