I had a brief membership with the Snap Fitness location in Kewaskum, WI. The facilites were ok, but not as clean as they should be. When I moved out of the area and cancelled my membership my bank account was still charged. Not one month, but two and unfortunately NSF fees applied both times. I contacted the owner of the facility several times and was told a check would be sent to me, but never was. At that point I called the companies headquarters and was told the stores are independently owned and there was nothing they could do about it. I hope not every Snap Fitness is owned by someone looking to screw the customer!
